How long does it take?

One week. Ten locations. Twelve missions. You can finish faster (our tester's record — 4 days) — but the experience is designed for seven days.

Do I need to stay in Hawaiʻi for 7 days straight?

No. You have 7-day access from your start date. You can finish faster (record: 4 days) or take your time. But once your 7 days expire, progress resets.

What if I can't finish in 7 days?

Your access expires after 7 days. Progress resets. You can re-enter by purchasing new access. Note: Race Mode is seasonal — missions update every season.

What's your refund policy?

Refund available if requested within 48 hours AND before you submit proof for Mission 4. Why Mission 4? By then, you've experienced the kit, the story flow, and the field mechanics. That's enough to decide if this is for you. After Mission 4 or 48 hours (whichever comes first), no refunds — you've entered too deep. Digital add-ons (in-game currency, hints, skips) are non-refundable once delivered.

What happens if it rains during my game week?

Kora Maze is a real-world island experience, and normal rain, wind, heat, or changing weather does not qualify for a refund. However, if your selected game week is significantly affected by heavy rain, we may offer a weather courtesy discount for your next Kora Maze purchase. To qualify, at least four days within your selected 7-day access window must have heavy rain affecting the game area during core play hours, between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM, based on official weather data and/or Kora Maze's internal safety review. If approved, you may receive 50% off your next Kora Maze experience. Weather courtesy discounts are not cash refunds, are not transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and must be requested within 48 hours after your access window ends.

What's included in the Trip Pack?

A fully produced week on Oʻahu: hotel stay, transfers and routing, the full Series 1 game, premium missions and private scenes, daily in-character briefings, and a special-edition kit. The Comfort and Premium tiers differ in hotel class, number of premium missions, dining, and photography coverage.

What's the difference between Comfort and Premium?

Comfort is a 4★ partner hotel, airport transfer, 2 premium missions, and the special-edition kit. Premium steps up to a 5★ hotel or private villa, a private driver, 5 premium missions total, nightly dinners, a private Final Scene, and full photo coverage (175 selected photos + 28 retouched edits).

How does pricing work for a couple?

The Trip Pack is built for one or two. Couple pricing covers a shared week at a reduced per-person rate (from $12,999 per couple for Comfort, $23,999 for Premium); each guest still receives their own kit and case file.

How far ahead should I apply, and can I pick my dates?

The Trip Pack is application-based, not instant checkout. We review your request, confirm availability for your preferred dates, and build the logistics around them — so apply a few weeks ahead. Your specific dates are locked once your slot is confirmed.

What's the cancellation and refund policy?

Because each week is produced and reserved specifically for you, a deposit secures your dates and logistics. Cancellation terms and any refundable portion are confirmed in writing before payment — nothing is charged until your slot and dates are agreed.
